Fire Rescue & Fire Safety
Buildings which require Area of Rescue Assistance require an area, which has direct access to an exit, where people who are unable to use stairs may remain temporarily in safety to await further instructions or assistance during emergency evacuation. These areas require a method of two-way communication, with both visible and audible signals, and must be provided between each area of rescue assistance and the primary entry. The fire department or appropriate local authority may approve a location other than the primary entry.
Our hard-wired & supervised vandal resistant ADA compliant Area of Rescue Assistance Call System is the product of choice for architects and engineers. The modular design of our system is compatible with existing building fire alarm systems, which makes it a perfect fit for either new construction or building retrofits. Its standard features and large number of options will enable your organization to meet the AHJ's specified requirements and provide years of trouble free performance.
