CSI takes a collaborative approach to the design, fabrication, installation, and support of your system. Your primary contact throughout the process is your account manager. Your account manager, along with the help of the technical support group, meets with you to uncover needs and discuss options for your specific solution. Our highly trained and certified technical and engineering teams work together to provide you with the best solution possible. They ensure that the solution you are left with exactly meets your needs and requirements. We provide constant support and training for you throughout the entire life of your job, and beyond. We won't leave you hanging once your project is complete.
If you ever require support for the system or additions, changes and service, your account manager will be there to assist you. If you require immediate service, you can call our service department directly. Your system is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for one year. (System warranties may vary. Check the specific warranty in the proposal.) At the end of that year we will send you a Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) that you may elect to purchase. PMA's extend the life of your system and reduce the obsolescence due to neglect. They are custom written for your system and needs and include a discount on labor and parts used for repair and an annual visit which includes an inspection, minor repairs and preventative maintenance. Your account manager will continue to be in contact with you for years to come to alert you to complimentary educational opportunities and other services available from CSI.
At CSI, we believe every request is urgent and important. When you call for service, you want to know that your request will be handled in a timely fashion by qualified technicians and supported by a healthy inventory of service parts. Our 24/7 service department is always available. After normal business hours, they typically respond with a call back within 15 minutes of your request. The problem is then discussed and if not taken care of over the phone, a qualified and certified technician is dispatched. Our high retention of technicians means that you will get support by someone who is familiar with your system and facility.
